Itinerary
Arrival in Prague
Airport pick-up and transfer to your hotel in the historic centre. A stroll across Charles Bridge to the Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock, with dinner at U Fleků.
Prague's great monuments
Prague Castle, St Vitus Cathedral and the Mala Strana quarter. Free afternoon, with an optional boat trip on the Vltava.
Vienna, the imperial city
Transfer by private van (3.5 hrs). The Ringstrasse, the State Opera, the Hofburg Palace and St Stephen's Cathedral, with time for coffee and a slice of Sachertorte.
Bratislava and Győr
Bratislava's old town, castle and St Michael's Gate. A stop in Győr, then on to Esztergom for dinner and the night.
From Esztergom to Budapest
Esztergom Basilica and the transfer to Budapest (1.5 hrs). Parliament, the Chain Bridge, the Fisherman's Bastion and Matthias Church. Free afternoon.
Budapest, the pearl of the Danube
A free day, with an optional Danube cruise or a soak in the Széchenyi thermal baths. Farewell dinner overlooking the river.
