What we collect and why

• Enquiry form: name, email, phone and whatever you tell us about the trip. Used only to reply and prepare a proposal.
• Mailing list: name and email, to let you know about new journeys and dates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box before sending either form. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods. Mailing list details, until you ask to be removed.

Who else sees it

We do not share your details with third parties or transfer them outside the European Union. Email and website data are hosted on servers belonging to Webempresa Europa S.L.U., a hosting provider based in Spain.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies of its own or from third parties, and no analytics or advertising tracking.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to the processing of your data by writing to hola@tourprive.com. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
