What we invoice is 700 € per journey and vehicle. The per-person split is indicative and yours to make. Return journey, 1,400 €.
How the journey goes
Wherever you say, in Madrid
We collect you at the address you give us, whether that is a home, a hotel or a Barajas terminal. We load the luggage and leave at the agreed time, with no waiting and no other passengers to pick up.
A-3 via Requena and the huerta
Out on the A-3 past Tarancón, Motilla del Palancar and Requena, then down into the Valencian huerta. About 355 km and 3 h 30 in normal traffic.
A break halfway
We stop to stretch our legs and have something. If you fancy it, that break can become two or three hours in Requena, wine country, with its old town and the caves beneath the houses: agreed when you book, and it simply makes the day longer.
To the door, in Valencia
We drop you wherever you are going: hotel, home or airport terminal. Valencia – Madrid is exactly the same service at exactly the same price.
Frequently asked questions
Is the 700 € per person or for the vehicle?
For the whole vehicle, up to 8 seats. Split between eight it works out at 88 € each. The minimum group is 5 people, which is where the transfer starts to make sense against the train or a flight.
How long does Madrid to Valencia take?
About 3 h 30 along the A-3, 355 km in all, plus the rest stop. Leaving Madrid at rush hour or on a holiday getaway weekend can add half an hour.
How many suitcases fit?
Eight people with one large case and one piece of hand luggage each. If you are bringing skis, golf clubs, a bike or a wheelchair, tell us when you book and we bring the right vehicle.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give us the flight number and we track it, and the driver adjusts the pick-up time. The transfer includes 60 minutes of complimentary airport waiting time.
Can we leave before dawn?
Yes, at whatever hour you need and with no night surcharge. Just tell us when you book.
Can we stop along the way?
Yes. The rest stop is included, and if you want to turn it into two or three hours in Requena we agree that when you book. It makes the day longer but does not change the transfer price.
Do you also run Valencia – Madrid?
Yes, same service and same price in the other direction. Both ways comes to 1,400 €. Each leg is booked separately, so you can come back on a different day.
